With my support, modern kindergarten and primary school buildings were built in the Ghanaian village of Attakrom – that was in 2018.

In 2018, I funded a kindergarten and primary school for up to 500 children in Ghana.

It is equipped with a kitchen and toilet facilities, ensuring basic necessities and, with them, better access to education.

The buildings are located in Attakrom – an agricultural village in the Bono region (formerly Brong Ahafo), about 200 km north of the city of Kumasi.

Especially in such areas, a lot can be achieved by investing in creating new prospects for young people.

Over time, dozens of students have completed elementary school. But support was also urgently needed for the next stage, the three-year junior high school.

Teaching took place in a makeshift shelter that offered little protection from external influences.

That was about to change in 2023: With my grant, a new school block with three classrooms was built. It opened in October 2023.

At the same time, the primary school was also expanded with a new building to further increase capacity.
